He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bruce and Lillian Sigrid McGuigan (Johnson); his former spouse F. Renelle Donovan; his wife Marguerite F. Larsen; his children, Ronald, Donald and Emily; and his siblings, Bruce, Catherine, Sister Mary Eileen and Jimmy.
He is survived by: his children, Dora Groll (Allen) of Garden, Lillian Elliott (Jim) of Enon, OH, Mary Wight (Jeff) of Escanaba, MI, Thomas (Christy) of Escanaba, MI, Bruce (Jolene) of Rapid River, MI, Julia Hernandez of Stevens Point, WI, James (Tina) of Stevens Point, WI, Sally DeBruin (Andy) of Stevens Point, WI, Patricia Ford (Chris) of Yorktown, VA, Joseph (Karla) of Plover, WI, Elizabeth Congleton (Jim) of Escanaba, MI, John (Marissa) and Peter (Candice) of Bellevue, IA; his grandchildren, AJ, Katie, Drew, Rachel, Evan, Max, Danny, Andrew, James, Bruce, Tyler, Thomas, Marina, Dalton, Dakota, Raymond, Alex, Stephanie, Benjamin, Erin, Sarah, Katherine, Jonathan, Korinne, Nick, Devin, Renelle, Maranda, Mariah, Jesenya, Jesse John, Cassandra and Catheryn; and his siblings, Margaret Carignan, Vi McGuigan and John McGuigan (Fumiko). He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
