He is survived by: his wife Ayako Yamaguchi (Peggy); his sons, Richard, Michael (Susan) and John; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Andrew, Tamara Wood (William), Michael (Tasha), Matthew and Christopher (Katie); his great grandchildren, Liam and Weston; and his cousin Ray Richards (Betty).
