It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roman Gill of Escanaba, Michigan, born in Pulaski, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 1, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Gayle Ramseth of Rock; his sister Virginia Stanik Phillips; his brothers-in-law, Curtis Ramseth, Roger Ramseth, Paul Stanik, Leo Phillips and Byron Dowse; his nephews, Paul and Nick Stanik; and his sister-in-law Marie Dowse.
He is survived by: his brothers, Ed Nuding, Charlie Wright, Teddy Baraszski and Tex Marmorino; his close friend Dan Wielgus; his son Robert; his cousin Pike Kozicki; his sons, Christopher Gill (Linda Metzler) of Berrien Springs, MI and Robb Gill of Columbus, GA.; his grandchildren, Martina Gilruth (John) and Joshua Gill (Erin Koren); his great grandchildren, John Gilruth and Theodore Gilruth; and his sisters-in-law, Janet Ramseth and Geraldine Ramseth.
