He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jones and Bernice Jones (Nantelle); his wife Tonya; his former wife Janet; his siblings, Richard Jones and Patricia A. Jones; and his brother-in-law Dale Paulin.
He is survived by: his children, Robert J. Jones of Escanaba, MI, John P. Jones of Las Vegas, NV, Scott Jones (Paulette) of Bark River, MI, Tonya Melhad (Ray) of Chino Valley, AZ, Jeremy Jones of Powers, MI, Jessica Jones of Escanaba, MI, Anthony Jones of Escanaba, MI and Casey Jones of Escanaba, MI; his stepdaughter Tara Jones of Utah; his siblings, James Jones (Melissa) and Mary Paulin; and his sister-in-law Dee Jones. He is also survived by many grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
