He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Olson and Rose Olson (Hartweg); his former wife Mary Ann; his brothers, Harold, Robert, James and William; his grandsons, Brandon Olson, Joe Gillard and Tommy Allen; and his stepsons, David and Bob Lofquist.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Lofquist (Gustafson); his children, Mary Kay Hall (Ken), Kathie Gillard (Ken) and Chris Olson (Dixie) of Bella Vista, AR.; his stepchildren, Tom Lofquist (Christine), Bill Lofquist (Marcy), Ford River and Cathy Marchell (Jeff) of Ball Ground, GA.; his grandchildren, Ken Hall (Melissa), Jay Hall (Jennifer), Peter Gillard, Amanda Mafemi, Danny Olson (Nikki), Noah Olson and Jamie Hicks (Jason); and his stepgrandchildren, Tracy Maskart (Matt), Liza Soubel (Andrew), Nicole Osmolski (Joe), Jason Lofquist (Kacey), Renee McNutt (Steve), Sarah Otradovec (Kory), Jaimee Larson (Brock), Vikki Kotowski (Nick), Linda, Scott Lofquist, Chris and Jenny Allen.
