He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigurd Ericksen and Lois Ericksen (Hansen); and his brother-in-law Doug Fix. He is survived by: his wife Linda Taylor; his children, Zach Ericksen (Lindsay), Josh Ericksen, Jeff Ericksen, Lisa Taylor (Jesse) and Bob Pike; his grandchildren, Parker, Colin, Lucy, Aubree, Easton, Aylah Ericksen, Anders and Erik Anderson; and his siblings, Robert Ericksen (Janene), Ann Fix, Gerald Ericksen, Darlene Harris, Linda Martinson (George) and Sharon Bowen.
