She is survived by: her children, Mary Johnson (Larry) of Escanaba, Sandy Sturdy (Steve) of Escanaba, Kathleen Rueter (Joe) of Rydal, PA, Marlene McNamee (Dan) of Escanaba, Regina Furmanski of Escanaba, Charlotte Kindler (Tom) of Fernandina Beach, FL, Joseph Petersen (Kay) of Milwaukee and Peter Petersen (Penny) of Versailles, KY. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Homes (2200 Ludington St, Escanaba, MI 49829). A rosary was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home Chapel (2200 Ludington St, Escanaba, MI 49829). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph & St. Patrick Catholic Church (709 1st Ave S, Escanaba, MI 49829).
