He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Verbrigghe and Louise Verbrigghe (DeGrand); his wife Gail Verbrigghe; and his grandson Joshua. He is survived by: his children, Pam Caswell (Mark) and Alan Verbrigghe (Teri); his grandchildren, Jennifer Beauchamp (DJ), Christina Ruether (Jerry), Chad Verbrigghe (Courtney) and Melinda Tauke (Randy); and his great grandchildren, Halle, Melanie, Mason, Stella, Jace, Sawyer, Braxton, Miles, Cade and Luke. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
