She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Nedeau and Martha Nedeau (Rivers); her husband John "Jack" Picard; her children, Timothy, Kim Papineau, Belinda Eagle-Finlan and Lori Picard; and her siblings, Ivan, Leonard, Edward Nedeau, Shirley Gouin and Marilyn Flath.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Papineau (Cindy) of Escanaba and Brent Papineau (Donna) of Escanaba; her stepchildren, Don Picard (Amy) of Escanaba and Debbie Couper (Jeff) of Iron Mountain, MI; and her sister Joan Dufour of Escanaba. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-great grandchildren.
