He was predeceased by: his parents, Tyrus Olson and Loretta Olson (Villeneuve); his former wife Susan Olson; and his brother-in-law Bill Curtis. He is survived by: his friends, Stu, Skip, Lowell, Kim and Mick; his wife Joanne Taylor; his children, Kathy Hovatter and Chris Olson; his grandchildren, Nicole Leon (Mario) and Eric Hovatter; his sister Cheryl Curtis; and also Susan Wagner. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
The family respectfully asks that no flowers are ordered, and instead requests that memorial donations in Harold's name be made to St. Anne's Church, 817 S Lincoln Rd, Escanaba, MI 49829.
