Edgar A. Larche Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edgar A. Larche (Escanaba, Michigan), born in Dollar Bay, Michigan, who passed away on March 13, 2018 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edgar A. Larche to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his parents, Arthur J. and Laura M. Larche (Miron); his sons, Mark Larche (Sherry) of Manistique, Brian Larche (Nancy) of Escanaba and Jeff Larche of Chicago; his grandchildren, Brooke Prins (Bob), Brandon Larche (Kristen), Toni Larche (Gary Doup) and Michelle Varoni (Ben); his great grandchildren, Elena Socko, Alex Socko, Jack Socko, Avah Socko, Amiyah Socko, Tucker Socko and Tate Socko; and his sisters, Patricia Hampton (Tom) of Lansing, Myrtle Hillenbrand (William) and Evelyn Nye (Harry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Monday, March 19th from 1 â€" 5 p.m. at the Crawford Funeral Home, 302 S. 13th St., Escanaba. Veteran services will take place at 3 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 5:30 p.m. at St. Anne’s Church with Rev. Fran DeGroot officiating. A meal will follow in the church hall. Entombment will be next to his wife in the Gardens of Rest Mausoleum in Wells. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Edgar and Barbara Larche Bay College Scholarship Nursing Program.
