He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Berbohm and Ruth Berbohm (Hodges); his wife Joy Peterson; and his siblings, Cecil Berbohm, Gayle Fournier and Eleanor Correll.
He is survived by: his sons, D. Jay Berbohm of Gladstone, Robert Berbohm (Karen) of Escanaba and Michael Berbohm (Rhonda) of Gladstone; his grandchildren, Jessica Chouinard (Mark) of Escanaba, Krista Pascoe (Josh) of Noblesville, IN, Justin Berbohm (Beth Pearson) of Escanaba and Kayla VanDrese (Jason) of Cornell; and his sister Rosie Larson (Max) of Manhattan, KS. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Dwaine can be made to Bishop Noa Home.
