Duane E. Carlson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2024, at the age of 67, Duane E. Carlson of Escanaba, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Duane is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Duane's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his father Eldon C. Carlson; and his wife Carol Sue Pearson. He is survived by: his mother Helen A. Carlson (Bader) of Wells; his siblings, Bruce Carlson (Donna) of Marquette and Denise Gardner (Steve) of DePere, WI; and his nieces and nephews, Justin Carlson, Jeremy Carlson, Pearl Gaidelis and Natalie Gardner.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. Anne's Catholic Church (817 S Lincoln Rd, Escanaba, MI 49829). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
