She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Belongia and Violet Belongia (Deneau); her former husband Ronald F. Hawkins; her husband Kenneth "Joe" Starnes; her grandson Ricky D. Stribling III; and her siblings, Betty Kibben, Herbert, Henry and Leonard Belongia.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Hirn (Tim), Susan Stribling (Ricky) and Beverly Foulker (Darren); her siblings, Mike Belongia, Deloris Mattila (Mike) and Barbara Jean Kramer (Roger); her grandchildren, Chistopher Hawkins (Amanda), Matt Hawkins, Ashlie Foulker, Marcus Stribling, Alisha Hirn, Delia Hirn, Cora Hirn, Adaline Hirn, Elizabeth Hirn and Samuel Hirn; and her great grandchildren, Rihanna Stribling, Harmony Hawkins, Zaira Dannenberg, Giavanna Hawkins and Elijah Hawkins. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
