He was predeceased by: his sister Lorretta "Lollie" Scheiber. He is survived by: his children, Bert Swanson of Escanaba, MI and Jodi; his siblings, Roger Swanson of Stephenson, MI. and Judy Nelson of Gladstone, MI.; and his former wife Sherri Swanson of Escanaba, MI. He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity in the local community to support children in honor of Dennis Swanson.
