It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol J. Kidd of Escanaba, Michigan, who passed away on February 15, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Benson and Alice Benson (Brandt); her husband Charles Michael "Mike" Kidd; and her siblings, Mary Rae, Ida Soderman, Dorothy Oakman, Barbara Blake, Catherine Benson, Betty Jane Wellman, Gary Benson, Donald Benson, Robert "Jack" Benson and William Benson.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Kidd (Tammy) of Bark River, David Kidd of Escanaba, Mark Kidd (Robin) of Escanaba, Terry Kidd of Escanaba and Stacy Mauch (Steven) of Evansville, WI; her grandchildren, Michael Mauch (Rebecca), William Mauch (Gabi), Scott Mauch, Stephanie Kidd Froberg (Eric) and Joseph Kidd; and her brother Kenneth James "Jim" Benson of Rockwood, IL. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
