She was predeceased by: her parents, Iver Buckland and Bertha Buckland (Wilson); her former husband Raymond Gardner; her husband Paul E. LaChance, Sr.; her siblings, Jim Buckland, Carol Marcum and Betty Pettersen; and her grandson Jason Dennoceno.
She is survived by: her close friend Robert Ward of Escanaba; her children, Bonnie Dennoceno (Steve) of Hardwood, MI, Greg Gardner (Diane Jensen) of Escanaba and Paul LaChance (Jennifer) of Escanaba; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Corey, Melissa, Ashley, Hunter and Bon; her great grandchildren, Ava, Eli, Abby, Carson and Ada; and her siblings, LaVerne McGery of Escanaba, Charles Buckland of Escanaba, David Buckland of Escanaba and John Buckland of Gladstone. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
