She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Rovena Murphy (Melt), Delores Zaber and William Johnson. She is survived by: her parents, Larry Murphy and Sharon Murphy (Johnson); her children, Logan Shirey, Justin Shirey, Kyera Peterson and Kaya Derry; and her siblings, Heather Blunt (Robert), Tricia Murphy, Kristin Carpenter (Brandon) and John Provo (Heidi). She is also survived by mother to her 4 children, several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
