He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Booth and Catherine Booth (Radico); his son Mark Booth; his granddaughter Renee Carr; his son-in-law Mark Dusich; and his siblings, Marie Booth, Lester Booth, John Booth, Irvin Booth and Edie Rose.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Kay Hunsinger; his children, Richard Booth, Jr. (Dianne), Rose Budy (John), Evan Booth and Christine Dusich; and his siblings, Margaret Brightbill, Bob Booth and Shirley Anderson. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
