He was predeceased by: his parents, Huston Smitley and Betty Jane Smitley (Cooper); his brothers, Roger, Arthur, Eddie and Tim; and his brothers-in-law, Stanley Torok and Jim Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Kae Smitley; his daughters, Tracy Delgado (Martin), Nancy Hilkens (Dennis), Laurie Favreau (Todd) and Cheri Raudebaugh (Craig); his grandchildren, Matt Hilkens (Tori), Jamie Budd (Lucas), Nick Raudebaugh (Lynde), Lindsey Favreau, Ryan Raudebaugh, Jeffrey Favreau (Caitlin Hansen), Antonio Delgado, Nathan Raudebaugh and Lorenzo Delgado; his great grandchildren, Levi Raudebaugh and Harper Hilkens; his sisters, Sharon Smitley, Charlotte Torok and Robin Smigelski (Mark); and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Smitley and Janice Johnson.
