She was predeceased by: her father Michael Morningstar; her nephew Marvin II (Ruffier); and her father-in-law Richard Ruffier. She is survived by: her significant other Jason A Ruffier; her children, Michael, Timothy, Jason (Krishana), Morgan Jahns (Dylan), Lyndsay and Sarah; her granddaughter Violet Stella; her mother Carol Morningstar-Meece (Currie); her sisters, Christine Fuller (Marc) and Denise Morningstar; her mother-in-law Marilyn Ruffier; her siblings-in-law, Gary Ruffier (Kristina), Richard Ruffier (Sue), Marvin Ruffier and Karilyn Hartz (Marc); and her pets, Jake and Jasmine. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Reeb Funeral Home (5712 Main St, Sylvania, OH 43560). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at the Toledo Memorial Park (6382 Monroe St, Sylvania, OH 43560).
The family requests that any donations be made for ovarian cancer research through The American Cancer Society.
