She was predeceased by: her husband Otto Dean Whipple; her daughter Janis Rose Whipple; her brother Jack Whitmer; her son-in-law Tim Murphy; and her great grandchildren, Carter Vogt and Savannah Broadnax.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Whipple (Denise), Judy Murphy, Terry Kominek (Jim), Jerry Whipple (Chris), Tina Burzynski (Tom), Tim Whipple (Laura), Randy Whipple (Trudy) and Scott Whipple (Sandra Perkins); and her siblings, Mel Whitmer (Shirley), Michael Whitmer and Patty Grove (Bob). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19, a private family service and burial will take place at St. Joseph Church and Cemetery in Erie.
