It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Rose Patton (Erie, Michigan), born in Monroe, Michigan, who passed away on March 10, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Weller and Ernestine Weller (Riehle); her husband Larry Patton; her siblings, Carl, Robert, Richard Weller and Nancy Smucker; and her grandson Darrin Whiteaker.
She is survived by: her former husband William Doom; her children, William C. Doom Jr. (Heather) of Toledo, Mark Doom (Cheri) of LaSalle, Richard Doom (Angela) of Erie, Tracie DuPree (Scott) of Ottawa Lake and Carey Whiteaker (Brian) of Erie; her siblings, Herman Weller (Mary Fletcher) of LaSalle and Carol Dusseau (Bob) of Luna Pier; her sister-in-law Denise Weller of Holland, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Andrew, Taylor, Alexis, Tony, Blake, Autumn, Michael, Mariah, Marisa, Brandon, Sierra, Zachary, Olivia, Logan, Erik and Megan.
Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
