She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward William Fredrick and Virgel Marie Sahr; her husband Thomas Schmidt; her sister Joyce Elaine; her brother-in-law William Pearson; her half-brothers, Joseph Thomas Tibbitts (Fran) and James William Sahr (Jean); and her former husband Eugene Roggelin.
She is survived by: her children, Nannette Jeanne (Roggelin), Joel Roggelin of Monroe, Daniel Roggelin (Mary Jo) of Oregon, Stacy Roggelin (Allen Rupert) of Deerfield and Nicole Banks (Bryan) of Henderson, Tennessee; and her stepchildren, Dawn, Theresa, Gary and Diane (Schmidt). She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
