He was predeceased by: his parents, William Vandercook and Betty Vandercook (Lake); and his siblings, Gary and Linda Vandercook. He is survived by: his daughters, Melanie Coutcher (David Nicely) and Heather Howard (Sean); his pet Twizzler; and his siblings, Bill Vandercook and Lori Kontz. He is also survived by many relatives and dear friends.
