He is survived by: his close friend Wrinkles; his significant other Patty; his daughters, Stephanie Cosby (Matthew) and Samantha Miller (Josh); his sister Marcia; his brother-in-law Scott Phillips; his sister Lisa; his brother-in-law Dan Dauer; and his grandchildren, Adrianna "Susie", Laila "Maria", Natalie "Becky" of Colson and Weslyn "Sunny". He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
