She was predeceased by: her stepmother Cynthia Michalak. She is survived by: her parents, James Michalak and Susanne Michalak (Stoiber); her husband Richard "Rick" Urbanowski; her children, Gregory Urbanowski (Amber), Nicole Antoine (Matthew) and Tiffany Urbanowski; her grandchildren, Marisa Urbanowski, Teagan (Lucas Antoine), Jayce (Dallas Worley) and Kole Belew; and her siblings, Jimmy Michalak, Warren Michalak, Rene Hobbs, Robyn Cattaneo, Lori Lawrence and Todd Lawrence.
Due to the current COVID-19 circumstances, the family and the funeral home wish that everyone remains safe.
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes will be gratefully accepted by the Urbanowski Family.
