Billie Jean Lapointe Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2021, at the age of 95, Billie Jean Lapointe of Erie, Michigan, born in Fletcher, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cullen Cribbs and Sarah Cribbs (Church); her husband Ellis LaPointe; her sons, Edward LaPointe and Thomas LaPointe; her grandson Shaun LaPointe; her siblings, Irene, Geraldine, Aletha Jane, Geniva, Winfred and Bob; and her brother-in-law Ted Roden.

She is survived by: her sister Donna Sue Roden; her grandchildren, Heath LaPointe (Kimberly), Jeremy LaPointe, Jason LaPointe, Nicholas LaPointe (Christina) and Shannon LaPointe; and her granddaughter-in-law Heather LaPointe. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
