Fowler; his sister-in-law Rebecca Fowler (Navarro); his nephew Marvin A. Fowler; his great-nephew Michael Piane; his foster brothers, Theodore (Catherine), Warren Spears and Harry Morea; his foster parents, George Harris and Laura Harris (Burley); and also, Lamont and Leona Meier (Carpenter).
He is survived by: his wife Kay L. Fowler; his former wife Patricia Derusha of Rexton; his daughter Karen Lawler (Charles A. Lawler) of Okemos; his grandson Stephen L. Lawler (Paige Brown Lawler); his great grandchild Benjamin Charles Lawler of Midland; his granddaughter Mackenzie Lawler (Peter Plaskey) of Grand Rapids; his daughter Teresa K. Fowler of Naubinway; his nieces and nephews, Lawrence, Brian, Eric Fowler, Yvonne Piane (Fowler) and Angela Hebbert (Fowler); his great-nephew Gary; his great-nieces, Karen, Donna, Glenda (Larry) and Sue; and also Pat Derusha Fowler of Rexton. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
