Ruth Loraine Brown Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Loraine Brown of Engadine, Michigan, who passed away on October 8, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Stelter and Pauline Stelter (Schieske); her husband Elmer Brown; her sisters, Mary Jane McFarland, Elaine Williams and Margaret Everhart; and her son-in-law Daniel Arndt.
She is survived by: her family, Ruth and Elmer; her children, James Brown (Diane) of Sterling Heights, Patricia Arndt of Lansing and Janet Bigelow (Tom) of Engadine; her siblings, Julius Stelter of Illinois and Alice Feigel of Engadine; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Brown of California and Darlene Brown of St. Ignace. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
Memorials may be directed to the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in her loving memory.
