He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglass Feneley and Emma Feneley (Krause); his siblings, Mary Joanne Kisabeth, Ross Douglass Feneley and Peggy Luana St. Charles; and his siblings-in-law, Ted Kisabeth and Judith Feneley.
He is survived by: his brother Kenneth Feneley of Clare, Michigan; his siblings-in-law, Terry Feneley of Engadine and Kenneth St. Charles of Freeland; and his nieces and nephews, Margaret VanHoose, Sherry Driscoll, Elizabeth Parrish, Marcy Nowicki, Maria Busk, Jennifer Feneley, Mike Feneley, Jeff Feneley, Jeanine St. Charles, Kenneth St. Charles, Lisa Peterson, Adam St. Charles, Seth St. Charles and Chad St. Charles.
