He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Baynton and Crystal Baynton (Wahl); his grandson Derek; his great grandchild Destiny; and his siblings, Rita Tellier and Robert Baynton.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel McAlpine; his children, Timothy Baynton (Michelle) of McMillan, Christopher Baynton (Lori) of Manistique, Kelly Orsini (Tony) of Naugatuck, Gerald "Bill" Baynton (Judy) of Desoto and Tyson Baynton (Marianne); and his siblings, Ronald Baynton of Gulf Port, Leonard Baynton of Germfask, Patricia Maguire of Milwaukee and Sheila Jarrell (James) of Rogers City.
