He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerie Roussell and Elma Roussell (Kisro); his grandson Mark Moats; and his son-in-law Bruce Moats. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Closs of Newberry; and his children, Cheryl Black (Arthur Robinson) of Doylestown, Cindy, Vicki Lee (Terry) of Batesburg and Mark Roussell (Lisa) of Hogansville, Georgia. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty three greatgrandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
