With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edwin Simpson of Empire, Michigan, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 15, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edwin Simpson and Gladys Simpson (Coyle); his wife Jennifer Dianne Simpson; his children, Elizabeth Simpson and John Simpson; his stepchildren, Amy Pohlod Zezulak (Phillip) and Christopher Pohlod (Angela Clark); his stepgrandchildren, Sydney Pohlod and Erin Pohlod; and his close friend Helena.
Interment will take place in Wheaton, Illinois at Trinity Episcopal Church when COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
