He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Beth Kaelson; his mother Dorothy Manning of Empire; his sisters, Cheryl Manning (Empire) and Victoria Manning Brunjes (Peter) of Charlottesville; his sister-in-law Carol Peters Manning (Empire); his father Robert H. Manning; and his brother Robert F. Manning of Empire. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
