She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Ackerman Forehand and Mable M. Forehand-Tingay (Spaulding); her stepparents, Thomas Tingay and Arlene Forehand; and her great grandchild Zoie Carroll-Halsey.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Lee Outman; her daughter Robin Halsey (Terry); her grandchildren, Daniel Ray Halsey, Terri Elizabeth Castro, Jennifer Ann Chaffins, Zachary Halsey and Nickole Carroll-Halsey (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Brittany Halsey, Danielle Culp, Xander-Kia Halsey, Jessica Castro, Troy Castro, Steven Castro, Daniel Castro-Case, Ashlyn Halsey, Charles O'Connell, Westyn Halsey, Oaklynn Halsey and Emersyn Evans; her great great grandchildren, Zoey Shepard, Jarahmiah Pattinson, Amias Pattinson, Anthony Case and Nathaniel Case; and her cousin Thomas O'Heran. She is also survived by her daughter, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
