He is survived by: his children, Rock Gibson (Caren) of Elwell, MI, Mart Gibson (Michele) of Elwell, MI, Kellie Arens (Tiger) of Elwell, MI and Shannon Travis (Larry) of Shepherd, MI; his grandchildren, Amy Gibson (Matt Crawford), Jessica Phenix (Josh), Kristopher Freed (Madison Limron), Kyle Freed (Abigail), Katherine Freed (Nick Fowler), Ashlee Smith (Josh), Cody Gibson (Jessica), Taylor Westfall (Jessica Courter) of Madison Arens, TJ, Amie Loya (Luis), Stacie Davis (Eric), Kimberly Moffett (Matt), Larry Jr. Travis (Ashley), Dominique SanMiguel (Kacie) and Sebastian; his great grandchildren, Damian, Logan, Kharman, McKenzie, Anijah, Nesiah, Lexi, Carolyn, Blake, Bryn, Weston, Brooks, Anikan, Guner, Abilene, Braxton, Baylor, Isla, Madeline, Audie, Maverick, Eugene and Arthur; his brother Ron Gibson (Brenda); and his brother-in-law Nick Covell (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Louis Church of Christ (1075 W Monroe Rd, St. Louis, MI 48880).
