He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Joan Havens (Kinney) and Richard Havens. He is survived by: his daughter Judi; his grandchildren, James Acker (Tammy) and Wendy Acker; and his siblings, Cole Haven Acker and Gabrielle Roderick.
