He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Parks and Lela Parks (Christensen); his sister LaFern Marshall; and his siblings-in-law, Corrine Parks and Jack Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Zelma Freed; his children, Debbie Baldwin (Randy) and Shad Parks (Patty); his grandchildren, Miranda Ross (Casey), Branden Baldwin (Amanda), Ryan Baldwin, Cody Ordway (Kelsee) and Gaven Parks (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Grant, Wren, Oakley and Skylar; and his siblings, Joyce Davis and Loren Parks. He is also survived by his kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Gratiot County Commission of Ageing.
