She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Patz and Melita Patz (LaFreniere); and her brother Richard Hagerman. She is survived by: her husband Hart E. Smalley; her children, Julaine Hooks (Steve), Hart Smalley Jr. (Shelly) and Jianna DeVette (Kurt); her grandchildren, Trent Hooks (Caitlyn), Taran Hooks (Kaylyn), Hart E. Smalley III, Caleigh Roper (Matt), Jordanna DeVette and Jarrod DeVette; her great grandchildren, Sadie, Cash and Cameron; and her siblings, Julaine Burns (Bobby), Vern Patz (Sue) and Paris Decker.
