He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Parcher; his sons, Robert Perkins Jr. (Autumn) and Tony Perkins (Jolee); his grandchildren, Tony Jr. (Kayla), Maxwell (Megan), Bradley (Paulene), Megan (Ramon), Breanna (Mathew), Kimberlee (Josh) and Treva (Nate); his great grandchildren, Maxwell Jr., Colton, Zander, Sabastian, Michael, Chevy, Orion, Sierra, Mahkenna and Kainen; his siblings, Joann Rogers (Roy) and Mark Perkins; and his pet Daisy.
