He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Draper and Charlotte Draper (Palmer); and his siblings-in-law, Butch Rutkowski and Barbara Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Rutkowski; his children, Mike Draper (Kathy) and Kim Draper; his grandson Heath Puckett; his stepgranddaughters, Nina and Theresa; and his siblings, Steve Draper (Paula) and Linda Stinbower (Kelly). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, 1 great great-grandchildren.
