It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John James Houska of Elsie, Michigan, who passed away on July 13, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Houska and Mildred Houska (Fornusek); his brother Joe Houska; and his granddaughter Ashley Taphouse. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Houska of Elsie, MI; his children, Jason (Michelle Houska) and Marcie Houska of East Lansing, MI; and his grandchildren, Jordan Quinn, Alex Taphouse, Dominic Houska, Joanna Scott and John "Jack" Scott.
