She is survived by: her parent Clara Clark Bates (Bowman); her husband Richard Whaley of Elsie, MI; her children, Richard C. Whaley, Clara Quintanilla and Eddie Quintanilla; her grandchildren, Erasmo Quintanilla and Joseph Quintanilla; and her sisters, Evelyn Krause and Edna Morse.
