We bid farewell to Cecile Woodward of Elmira, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 22, 2025 at the age of 95. Cecile touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Olds and Virgie Olds (Shoup); her husband Orrin Woodward; and her siblings, Lloyd Olds, Clinton Olds, Donald Olds and Donna Kooistra.
She is survived by: her sisters, Margaret Bock of Alba, Lois VonSoosten of Eastport and Valeria Rusnell of Alba; and her sisters-in-law, Donna Olds, Yvonne Olds and Sonya Olds. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes (205 W State St, Mancelona, MI 49659). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Star Township Cemetery.
