He was predeceased by: his father Harold Forbes. He is survived by: his mother Maxine Forbes (Blair) of Ellsworth; his sisters, Amy Nawrocki of Ellsworth, Cindy Themm (Tom) of Charlevoix and Brenda Hawkins (Howard) of Kansas City; and his nieces and nephews, Ed Hawkins (Shaunda), Jamie Hawkins, Alyssa Riley (Dan) and Evan Themm.
