Carol Ann Heeres Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2024, at the age of 79, Carol Ann Heeres of Ellsworth, Michigan, born in Adrian, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol Ann Heeres to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Kayner and Twilla Kayner (Crane); her brothers, Larry Kayner and Robert Vollmer; and her husband Robert Heeres.
She is survived by: her children, Mandy DeKorne (Mark) of East Jordan, Wendy Sutherland (Richard) of Ellsworth and Matt Heeres (Erin) of Ellsworth; her grandchildren, Jeffery, Allie Sutherland of Vanderbilt, MI, Chris DeKorne, Hilde DeKorne, Sara, Josh Padgett of Manton, MI, Brandie, Luke Sowash of Greenville, SC and Luke Heeres of Phoenix, AZ; her great grandchildren, Scarlet, Lincoln and Mallory; and her sisters, Suellen Honeychuck (Robert) of Denver, CO and Mary Christine Hoffman (Ron) of Greensboro, NC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Belltower Reformed Church (8033 Church Rd, Ellsworth, MI 49729). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Charlevoix Area Hospital Infusion Center or McLaren Hospice.
