She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Kenneth Putney, William and Virginia Burns; and also Teddy Scott. She is survived by: her parents, Gordon Burns and Kathleen Burns (Putney); her significant other Joel Telgenhof; her siblings, Samantha and David (Jackie); her nieces and nephews, Kaylee, Thomas and Skylar; her grandmother Charlotte Putney; and also, Ron, Laurene Kooyer, Andrew (Cassie) and Avery.

Donations in memory of Alyssa can be made to the Northern Michigan Cancer Crusaders, a group she loved to support.
