He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Bauer and Catherine Bauer (Kumaus); and his son Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Aleta Miller; his children, Dennis of Bay City and Gail Lehman (Ken) of Gowen; his daughter-in-law Elaine of Midland; his grandsons, Rod Bauer (Chasie) of Midland and Ryan Bauer of Midland; and his great grandchildren, Braxton and Kensley of Midland.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Champagne Funeral Chapel (7356 Michigan Ave, Pigeon, MI 48755). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Salem Global Methodist Church (23 Mabel St, Pigeon, MI 48755).
