He was predeceased by: his parents, Welland A. Herford and Grace I. Herford (McPhee); and his sister-in-law Pauline Herford. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Gunden; his children, Brandon (Sherry) of Elkton and Tara Kuhne (Jason) of Bay Port; his grandchildren, Isabella, Blake, Rhett, Kara (Caleb) and Trisha (Jared); his great grandchildren, Harper and Dawson; his siblings, Jean of Lansing, Janis Rugnetta (Vincent) of Brighton, Bill (Barb) of Elkton and Sherry Clark (Will) of Williamston; and his parents-in-law, John Dale and Ethel Gunden of Bay Port. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
